Tony earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and has completed studies and designs for wastewater, recycled water, potable water and stormwater infrastructure. His design experience includes new pumping stations and forcemains facility improvements for existing pump stations, and stormwater infrastructure. Studies he has worked on include hydraulic modeling and surge analyses, which required data gathering and evaluation of consumer demands and delivery requirements. Tony is skilled at pump selection and the development of system curves for forcemains. He also has extensive experience in writing reports, technical memorandums and recommendations.
