Persephene has 15 years of experience in integrated and strategic water resources planning, water supply alternatives, source water quality protection, multiple benefit program scoping, stakeholder coordination and public involvement, and regional/agency collaboration. She served as a technical advisor to the California Urban Water Conservation Council on its 20x2020 Conservation Plan and has provided integrated alternatives analysis for the Water Replenishment District of Southern California, Lake Arrowhead Community services District, and Palmdale Water District. Persephene was deputy director helping to establish the Russian River Watershed Association, and facilitated stakeholder coordination and project scoping for three Integrated Regional Water Management Plans throughout California. Persephene has a bachelor's degree in physical geography from the University of California, Davis and a master's degree in geography (hydrology/water resources) from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
