Roxanne has a master's degree in environmental engineering from UC Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in environmental resources engineering from Humboldt State University. Her project experience includes watershed planning, water recycling studies, pollution prevention studies, creek restoration, environmental impact assessment, CEQA/NEPA documentation, and design of natural water and wastewater treatment systems. Roxanne focuses on multi-objective programs that require extensive agency coordination and stakeholder outreach. One of Roxanne's most notable projects is her work for several years as assistant director to the North Bay Watershed Association. She also served as Project Manager for the development of a stream management master plan for the Zone 7 Water Agency.
