Miluska Propersi, P.E., received the Los Angeles Basin Section’s 2011 Outstanding Young Professional of the Year Award presented by the California Water Environment Association (CWEA). This award recognizes Miluska’s exceptional leadership skills and her willingness to go above and beyond, at work and as a CWEA member.
