One of RMC’s founders, Randy focuses on major planning projects aimed at meeting multiple objectives related to water supply reliability and environmental sustainability. Over the course of his 35-year career, Randy has been Project Manager for numerous recycled water and watershed management planning and visioning efforts and is currently serving as principal-in-charge for the development of a comprehensive recycled water master plan for the City of Los Angeles. Randy was the program manager for the Bay Area and Central California Regional Water Recycling Programs in the 1990s. He served as executive director of the North Bay Watershed Association from 2000 to 2004, and has managed strategic planning for implementation of capital improvement programs for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District. Randy has a master's degree in environmental engineering from Stanford University.
