Leslie has 20 years of experience as a hydrologist and project manager with experience providing hydrogeologic, hydrologic, environmental and scientific consultation for projects throughout the United States. She has managed multi-disciplinary teams on a wide variety of projects, including water resources planning, groundwater investigation, modeling, resource planning, environmental permitting, stormwater runoff planning, and the investigation and clean-up of hazardous waste sites. She has also prepared and/or reviewed planning and environmental documentation, including CEQA Initial Studies and Environmental Impact Reports, Urban Water Management Plans, Groundwater Mangement Plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for various civil projects. Leslie earned her master's degree in civil engineering at the University of California at Berkeley; and her bachelor's at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
