Brian Dietrick, P.E. 

Senior Project Manager

Brian has over 20 years of experience specializing in facilities planning and design for water resources, wastewater, and recycled water projects. He has been involved in the development of collection systems, distribution systems, groundwater recharge facilities, integrated regional water management plans, urban water management plans, and environmental impact and regulatory compliance reports, as well as designing large-diameter trunk sewer relief and replacement projects, sewer force mains, and sewer rehabilitation. Most recently, Brian led the Groundwater Reliability Improvement Program’s Alternatives Analysis project for the Water Replenishment District of Southern California, and is a key member of the City of Los Angeles Recycled Water Master Plan project team. Brian has a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Loyola Marymount University, where he has served as a faculty lecturer for graduate-level solid waste management classes. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering from Duke University.
