Kathy is a senior project manager with 22 years of experience in water resource planning, water policy, and grant and loan funding. She has extensive project management experience in Integrated Regional Water Management Planning, Prop. 50, Prop. 84, and many other grant/loan funding efforts. She has also spent the last 10 years as coordinator for the Southern California Water Dialogue, a coalition of agencies, environmental groups, elected officials, and public interest groups (from eight different counties) that meet monthly to address the region’s water resource issues. Kathy has a master’s degree in urban planning and environmental policy analysis from UCLA and a bachelor’s degree in political science from
UC Berkeley.
