Tricia has worked in the water and wastewater industry for 25 years with experience ranging from planning and design to construction support services. Recent work includes project management of water and wastewater treatment improvements, maintenance master planning, peak flow management facility design, development of equipment control strategies, and identification of construction work sequencing and constraints. Tricia worked three years as a US Peace Corps volunteer implementing water and sanitation programs in the developing world. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University, a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Arizona State University, and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
