Kevin Calderwood, Senior Project Manager
Kevin Calderwood, who joins RMC’s Sacramento office, has over 25 years of experience in management and design of public works projects. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an expert in conventional open-cut and trenchless construction, multiple-agency permitting and utility coordination, and working in congested arterial roadways. Recent projects include managing the preliminary design and design-build team RFQ/RFP process for the transmission pipeline portion of Turlock Irrigation Districts’ Regional Surface Water Supply Project, managing the Lower Cascade Canal/Banner-Cascade Pipeline Project Environmental Impact Report for the Nevada Irrigation District, the City of Modesto’s Celeste/Rose/Scenic Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project, and the Union Sanitary District’s Alvarado Boulevard Trunk Sewer Project. |

Rosalyn Stewart, Project Manager
Rosalyn Stewart, who has joined RMC’s San Diego office, has nine years of experience in land use and conservation planning, watershed management, and environmental assessment. She has an M.L.A. in Environmental Planning and an M.C.P. in City and Regional Planning from the University of California Berkeley. She also holds a B.S. in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo. Rosalyn’s recent project experience includes USACE’s Hamilton Wetlands Restoration Project Dredged Material Aquatic Transfer Facility Supplemental EIS/EIR, Zone 7 Water Agency’s Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, the City of Manteca’s Water Master Plan EIR, BLM’s California Coastal National Monument Resource Long-Range Management Plan and EIS, and Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s Environmental Stewardship Initiative. |

Adrienne Aiona, Project Engineer
Adrienne Aiona joins our San Francisco office as a project engineer. Adrienne has eight years of experience in design, project management, and operations and maintenance of stormwater facilities and environmental restoration projects primarily with the City of Portland. She has significant experience in public outreach and education relating to non-point source pollution reduction, riparian restoration and low impact development. She also has experience using Auto CAD, ArcView GIS and HEC-RAS software. Recent projects include Stormwater Treatment Wetland, Watershed Management Plan Pre-Design, and Off-Channel Salmonid Habitat Restoration for the City of Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services. |

Kristine Haunschild, Assistant Engineer
Kristine Haunschild has joined the staff of our Sacramento office. She earned a BSCE from University of California, Davis, and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Davis, where her thesis involves constructing wetlands for the treatment of septic tank effluent. Her experience includes working in the Davis Air Quality Research Center creating an emissions summary of greenhouse gases for the entire U.C. Davis campus, and co-authoring three papers. |

Madhavi Kurapati, Project Engineer
Madhavi Kurapati has joined RMC’s Walnut Creek office as a project engineer. Madhavi received her M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from Stanford University. Her undergraduate degree is in Chemical Engineering, which she earned at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. She has designed water treatments, piping and pumping systems for municipal applications, and has participated in a study of alternative techniques for the stabilization of RO permeate in the City of Los Angeles’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and corrosion testing of the desalination pilot plant at the El Segundo Power Plant Facility. |

Angela Stinson, Project Engineer
Angela Stinson has joined the Walnut Creek office as our newest Project Engineer. Angela graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she was the Competition Coordinator for Cal Poly’s team for the Water Treatment from Your Kitchen & Beyond competition. During her time at Cal Poly, she also interned at the San Luis Obispo Water Reclamation Facility, where she worked in the laboratory and shadowed a wastewater treatment plant operator. She is certified as a California Water Environment Association (CWEA) Grade I - Laboratory Analyst. |

Mishell Bacher, Administrator
Mishell Bacher has joined the staff of our Walnut Creek office as an Administrator. She has been working with us on a temporary basis since May, and has been a pleasure to work with. We are excited to have her join us on the RMC team as an employee. |

Vanessa Hill, Marketing Coordinator
Vanessa Hill has joined the staff of RMC’s Santa Monica office. She has four years of experience as a marketing coordinator and proposal specialist in the engineering industry, and three years of experience in sales support and analysis. She holds an AA in marketing from Los Angeles Valley College and is currently continuing her education at California State University, Northridge. |

Heather Parkison, Administrator
Heather Parkison has joined the staff of our San Diego office as an Administrator. She has been working with us on a temporary basis since early April, and has been instrumental in helping us set up our new San Diego office and orchestrate our recent open house. We are excited to have her join us as an “official” RMC employee. |
